Tucker Silk Mill was a great collaboration with owners Jason and Melanie, who had a clear vision from the start about how they wanted the cafe to feel.  Located in Easton’s historic Simon Silk Mill complex along the banks of the Bushkill, Tucker focuses on offering healthy, vibrant dishes with a nod to their native Australia – and the coffee is amazing.
